Confidentiality & Information Disclosure Policy

Traffic Flagging Services, LLC is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of our clients and employees. We maintain the highest standards of discretion and trust in all our business relationships.

We do not share, release, confirm, deny, or otherwise disclose any information regarding our current or former clients, employees, or any associated individuals or entities without explicit written permission from the specific client or employee concerned.

This includes—but is not limited to—confirmation of employment, client engagement, project details, contact information, business status, or any other personal or professional information.

If any third party (including but not limited to prospective employers, investigators, government agencies, creditors, family members, or other inquirers) seeks such information, they must first obtain the individual's own written authorization (specific to the requested disclosure and directed to Traffic Flagging Services, LLC). Only upon receipt of that valid, original written consent will we consider and process any release of information, subject to our internal review and applicable law.

We will not accept or act upon verbal requests, general authorizations, subpoenas without proper legal process, or permissions obtained from anyone other than the affected client or employee themselves.

This policy is in place to protect the privacy rights of those we serve and employ, and to prevent unauthorized inquiries or misuse of information.
